Lismore House offers 4 apartments each with the most spectacular views
over the picturesque seaside village of Crantock, its beach and its surrounding coastline.
Penpol is ground floor and sleeps 4. Rock Pools is ground floor and sleeps 5. Goose Rock is first floor and sleeps 4. Seashells is first floor and sleeps 4.
With its delightful thatched cottages and stunning beach backed by sand
dunes and skirted by caves and rock pools, Crantock is an ideal location for a holiday.
Most of the surrounding coast including Crantock Beach, West Pentire,
Polly Joke Beach and the Kelsey's is owned by the National Trust which has helped preserve
this spectacularly beautiful area.
Lismore House is the only letting property on the northern side of the
Crantock valley and therefore catches the sun until the moment it sets, hours after the rest
of the village has been in shade.
Apartments each sleep 4 plus baby (cot and highchair provided at no cost). Rockpools has an extra bedroom and sleeps 5.
There is parking for one car per property. Additional cars can be parked nearby on the road.

The properties are centrally heated, have a TV, super fast Internet and
each has a washing machine. The kitchens are well equipped with a full size fridge
freezer, microwave, oven and hob. All properties have a deck or patio with seating, table, sunloungers and BBQ.
Well mannered dogs are welcome and are charged at £25 per dog. Dogs must not be allowed in the bedrooms and the covers provided should be used on sofas and chairs.
Linen can be provided and beds made up for a fee of £20/double and
£15/single. Otherwise, a king base sheet and duvet cover plus 4 pillow cases will be required plus single sets for each bed used.
Hand towels and tea towels are provided but bath/beach towels are not
unless you are arriving on foot, by bike or public transport.
Bookings are secured with a £100 deposit per week per property. The
balance will be requested a month prior to arrival.
